We had a great experience with Tanya. My husband and I knew very little about buying a house. I contacted Tanya by Zillow and it was moments before she contacted me back. We gave her our price range and what loan institute we were going through. She asked me to email her the properties we were interested in and she would make up a schedule for us to go see the properties. Tanya informed me that some of the properties had already been sold or taken off the market. I have two jobs so my schedule is crazy. She was able to show us 6-7 properties at a time. On our second adventure out with Tanya she had weeded out a few more properties that didn't fit our criteria. She was charming and pleasant. She had information on each house and answered the questions we had asked. If she didn't know the questions she found the answer and later emailed or called us to give us the information. As we proceeded with the process of buying our new home Tanya kept us updated and informed along the way. She was a joy to work with. Above and beyond her duties: My kids had come home for a weekend and I called her to see if she could let us in the house so they could see the house before it was finalized. She met us at the house to let us see on that Saturday. One great lady! (less)
